In the early 1990s, I took up the job as a chartered accountant but quickly switched to an offshore company. I was a bit of a snob but I went through a series of changes before I decided to take up the job. I had worked as a chartered accountant for 20 years and had been a single mum for over 10 years. I had gone into my 30s when I started my day job, but had been working on my family business until 2011. I was still in the early 40s when I started my career and was doing my part to encourage my family to work. During that time I worked as a chartered accountant and had been a partner and board member for several years. I had a strong and loyal staff and had worked closely with my father as the company's management director.
