I was in the process of working on land for the last 20 years. I did a lot of research on the issue. I thought, 'Wow. How do you actually do that? It seems to me that you don't have the expertise for it.' And they said, 'Oh, we don't have the expertise,' so I did some research and I said, 'Well, that's fine.' I am not going to go into the details of how the trust decided to invest, but a couple of people mentioned it in their stories and they said, 'It's great.' It is a great change.
I met a couple of people who have been at Land Securities for 20 years. They are all very happy. They are very proud of the work they have done and their enthusiasm for doing something good has been great.
